Do you need assistance with your system or software? With our on-line assistance tool, a member of the Omicsoft Technical Support Team can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to assist you.

How it works:

Step 1: Call Technical Support at 1-610-380-3380. Once you are on the phone with a member of Omicsoft's Technical Support Team, you will be directed to the support webpage (http://omicsoft.webex.com/sc) and provided with an unique connection code.

Step 2: You will be prompted to download a small plug-in.

Step 3: With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.

You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
