Requirements

Can be used as a standalone Desktop software, or in conjunction with Array Server.

  • For microarray or copy number analysis, recommend at least 3GB of RAM on a Windows machine for standalone analysis
  • For NGS, recommend a 64-bit Windows machine with at least 12GB of RAM for standalone analysis.
  • Use in conjunction with Array Server, all high-memory and high-CPU analysis is performed on the server, instead of a local machine, and thus recommend at least 3GB of RAM on a Windows machine.

Available as an add-on to Array Studio, now seamlessly integrate your cloud data to easily scale up and take advantage of the vast cloud resources available on the Amazon cloud.
