The GEO website releases its datasets irregularly. Our internal download tools check the latest released projects from GEO by GSE IDs and provides incremental quarterly updates for newly analyzed GEO projects. This process might miss a small percentage of the new projects when the downloading is not successful after multiple tries.

In addition, we provide updates for selected previously released projects (if necessary) at that time. In most case, these updates are for added features or better designs. In rare instances (e.g. error correction or serious problems) we will release the corrected versions immediately.

Omicsoft's standard data service only process GEO animal Affymetrix expression arrays. Other species and chips types are only processed through special customized data services orders.
