To get started, we highly recommend completing one of the tutorials listed at http://www.omicsoft.com/tutorials.php.

All tutorials provide an introduction to the different data types and concepts that allow Array Studio to be as effective as it is in analyzing and visualizing your data.  For most users, the best way to get started is to pick your tutorial, go through it once with the sample data provided, then try to go through it again with your own data.
