To sort plots alphabetically based on the title of the plots (such as Gene Symbol) select from the Array Studio menu OmicData | Sort Variables...

Select the table where your plot data resides...

Finally, select the variable field to sort by (i.e. Gene Symbol) from the dropdown menu...
