If you are running out of memory when doing your analysis on a large project in Array Studio there are a few options you can try to avoid this error:

Close all views before running that normalization

or

Export it as distributed project;

• close current project and open the distributed project

• close all views before running the normalization

or

Import all the .CEL files

• again create as a distributed project as you will use less memory with a distributed project
