Omicsoft Releases Major Upgrade, Array Studio 3.0
March 14th, 2009Omicsoft is pleased to announce the release of Array Studio 3.0, a free upgrade to all current Array Studio subscribers. A listing of the improvements is shown below, as well as a .PDF file showing screenshots and listing all new features.
Array Studio is immediately available by going to: http://www.omicsoft.com/software/ArrayStudio30/publish.htm, and an installer is available at http://www.omicsoft.com/software/ArrayStudio30/ArrayStudio30.msi.
Projects created in older versions of Array Studio are fully compatible in Array Studio 3.0, however, newer projects cannot be opened by the older software.
There is also no need to reactivate the software, your existing license key will work with the new version, and will be automatically activated.
Our website will soon be updated to reflect the newest version of Array Studio, including an all-new help system.

Omicsoft releases Array Studio 2.5, complete with SNP and Genotyping support.
May 20th, 2008This new version of Array Studio is available immediately by going to our download page. Thos users running the “online” version of Array Studio will be prompted for an automatic update. At Omicsoft, we are extremely excited about this update, as it will help users analyze both genomic and genetic data. As always, Array Studio includes modules for the analysis of microarray data (including Agilent, Illumina, Affymetrix, and Phalanx OneArray, among others). But now, for the first time ever, Array Studio now includes the ability to analyze SNP and genotyping data. So, for those of you with whole genome association studies, this software is now for you.
Omicsoft and Ingenuity announce product integration.
May 20th, 2008Omicsoft is proud to announce full integration in Array Studio with Ingenuity’s Pathway Analysis tool, including the ability to upload datasets (including raw and adjusted p-values, fold changes, etc..), and upload pathways. Array Studio provides on-the-fly web details for genes in IPA’s tool as well, among other features. This integration will allow the users of both Array Studio and Ingenuity more seemlessly interact with each other.
