This new version of Array Studio is available immediately by going to our download page. Thos users running the “online” version of Array Studio will be prompted for an automatic update. At Omicsoft, we are extremely excited about this update, as it will help users analyze both genomic and genetic data. As always, Array Studio includes modules for the analysis of microarray data (including Agilent, Illumina, Affymetrix, and Phalanx OneArray, among others). But now, for the first time ever, Array Studio now includes the ability to analyze SNP and genotyping data. So, for those of you with whole genome association studies, this software is now for you.
