The Mouse OneArray content is based on an abridged version of the Mouse Exonic Evidence Based Oligonucleotide (MEEBO). A group of investigators at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and elsewhere, led by Dr. Ash Alizadah, join efforts to create MEEBO, a new set of 70-mer probes specifically for DNA microarrays.
