About GeneGo, Inc.

GeneGo, Inc. develops systems biology technology such as compound based pathway analysis, cheminformatics & bioinformatics software for life science research. The original computational MetaDiscovery™ platform allows an integration and expert analysis of different kinds of experimental data (mRNA expression, proteomics, metabolomics, microRNA assays and other phenotypic data) and relevant bioactive chemistry (metabolites, drugs, other xenobiotics) within the framework of curated biological pathways and networks. GeneGo’s flagship product, MetaCore 5.3™, assists pharmaceutical scientists in the areas of target selection and validation, data mining in biology, identification of biomarkers for disease states and toxicology. The second product, MetaDrug 5.3™ is designed for prediction of human metabolism, toxicity and biological effects for novel small molecules compounds. MetaBase™ represents the knowledge base for MetaCore. For more information, please visit the company's web site at www.genego.com.

Array Studio is fully compatible with Phalanx Biotech Group's Mouse OneArray and Human OneArray products.

About Phalanx Biotech Group

Founded in 2002, Phalanx Biotech Group was created by several leaders from the highly regarded Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) of Taiwan. Since its inception, Phalanx Biotech has remained committed to the principles on which it was founded: quality, consistency, innovation, and reliability of whole genome microarray products and services at affordable prices. Because of this, Phalanx Biotech continues to develop new products and services that are aimed at enabling researchers to do more and understand more in their work. Throughout the world, Taiwan is recognized as one of the major epicenters of the IC industry, and ITRI has been a well-known player in helping shape this growing industry. For example, in 1998, the Biomedical Engineering Center (BMEC) within ITRI initiated the Biochip Program to explore the potential of microarray technology. Because of the success of this program, the team’s combined technical expertise produced key advancements in microfluids and microarray manufacturing. The team generated over 15 patents, which are licensed exclusively by Phalanx Biotech Group in order to promote growth in the microarray technology industry.

About Human OneArray

Human OneArray™ 32,050 total features: 30968 human genome probes and 1082 experimental control probes. The Human OneArray Whole Genome DNA microarray is made of highly sensitive 60-mer sense-strand polynucleotide probes designed to hybridize to a specific target gene described in the most current public domain contents, such as REf Seq, UniGene, Cancer Genome Anatomy Project (CGAP), BioCarta, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG), and validated by the Human Genome Sequencing Project (HGSP).

About Mouse OneArray

31,802 total features: 29,922 mouse genome probes and 1,800 experimental control probes. The Mouse OneArray content is based on an abridged version of the Mouse Exonic Evidence Based Oligonucleotide (MEEBO). A group of investigators at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and elsewhere, led by Dr. Ash Alizadah, join efforts to create MEEBO, a new set of 70-mer probes specifically for DNA microarrays. MEEBO is made available to the public.
