If so, please send a request to support@omicsoft.com with title "1-1 meeting request from YourCompanyName" and some description of your issue or questions in the email.
Within 30 min, a member of the Omicsoft Technical Support will contact you and schedule a 1-1 meeting with you. You will receive a remote support session link in email. Once connected, our Technical Support Staff can view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to assist you.
